Sales are currently recorded as final entries. To make a change, delete the original entry and create a new one. Edit support is planned for a future update.
Go to Dashboard to see today's sales. Go to Reports to see historical data and charts over different time periods.

Yes, go to Products → Swipe left on a product → Tap Delete. Previous sales records will remain unchanged.
Charts show your revenue and sales count over time. You can filter by Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, or All Time.
