Getting Started

How do I create my first product?

Go to Products tab → Tap + → Enter product name, price, and category → Tap Save. Your product is now ready to use in sales.

How do I add a customer?

Go to Customers tab → Tap + → Enter customer details → Tap Save. Customers help you track who you're selling to.

How do I record a sale?

Go to New Sale tab → Select product → Select customer (optional) → Enter quantity → Tap Save. Your sale is recorded instantly.

Sales

Can I edit a sale after creating it?

Currently, sales are recorded as-is. To modify, you can delete and create a new sale. We're adding edit functionality in v1.1.

How do I view my sales history?

Go to Dashboard to see today's sales. Go to Reports to see historical data and charts over different time periods.

Products

How do I update a product price?

Go to Products → Tap a product → Edit the price → Tap Save. The new price applies to future sales.

Can I delete a product?

Yes, go to Products → Swipe left on a product → Tap Delete. Previous sales records will remain unchanged.

Reports

What do the charts show?

Charts show your revenue and sales count over time. You can filter by Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, or All Time.

Subscriptions

What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?

Monthly: $9.99/month. Annual: $99.99/year (17% savings). Choose Annual if you plan to use for a full year.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! All plans (Monthly & Annual) can be cancelled anytime. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select Sales Journal Pro → Cancel Subscription.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Tap Delete Account → Confirm. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Is my data safe?

Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely on your device. We never share it with third parties.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing. What should I do?

1. Force close the app
2. Restart your device
3. Reinstall the app

My data disappeared. How do I recover it?

Your data is stored locally. Try:
1. Force close and reopen app
2. Restart device
3. Reinstall app
